ICOM’s strategic objectives 2011-2013:
- Increase membership value and transparency for ICOM members
- Develop museum and heritage expertise
- Strengthen ICOM’s global leadership in the heritage sector
- Develop and manage resources to implement the Strategic Plan effectively
